I ditched GA for a lightweight self-hosted analytics tool and lost nothing I actually used.
  • Speed first
  • Content people search for
  • Consistent posting
— my entire SEO strategy.

My best-performing affiliate content is honest comparisons, not listicles.

The hardest part of a new forum is the first hundred real members — everything before that is setup.

Would love to hear how you all handle this.

The empty-room problem is real — seed quality discussions early.

Thanks for sharing, saved me a lot of time.

That has been my experience as well.

Comparisons convert way better than reviews for me too.

Good point, I had not thought of it that way.

Self-hosted analytics is so much calmer to work with.

That has been my experience as well.

Charging flat monthly for sponsorships worked better than CPM for my niche.

Thanks for sharing, saved me a lot of time.

Core Web Vitals compliance took me a weekend and showed results in a month.

Comparisons convert way better than reviews for me too.

Interesting — I will have to try that.

I disagree slightly, but I can see where you are coming from.
